Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Open-box products, customized items, clearance items, and products damaged due to misuse or improper setup cannot be returned.

  • Return Cost:It’s free—WhatSpeaker covers all return shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@whatspeaker.com or use our contact form to initiate your return.

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the product and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your speaker arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
